Some mistakes stay with us long after everyone else has moved on.

When You Can’t Forgive Yourself

Even the Strongest Break Sometimes

We replay the words.

We remember the moment.

We wonder what we could have done differently.

But perhaps the hardest person to forgive is sometimes the person in the mirror.

I made this little poem for anyone who has ever carried regret, guilt, or the weight of something they wish they could change.

🌹 Watch the video — “Learning to Forgive the Person in the Mirror.”

Because a mistake may be part of your story…but it does not have to be the ending.

And sometimes, just when you think your story is over…

an arrival changes everything. 🐦‍⬛🌹

With all my love
